Pacific Northwest Quilt Festival Rules & Regulations
1. Entry fee of $20 dollars allows each exhibitor to enter a maximum of four (4) quilts for display and judging (optional). You may not enter multiple quilts in the same category. Payment due at the time of execution of this document. Space is LIMITED so be sure to pre-register if possible.
2. Quilt dropoff date (Intake) is Friday, February 6th and Saturday, February 7th from 10 am to 4 pm each day at Will-N-Bee'z Quilt Shop. No exceptions.
3. Each entry must be accompanied by one (1) 4 x 6 inch photo (uploaded as directed below) at a resolution of no less than 300 DPI at this size.
4. Quilts must consist of three (3) layers: top, batting & backing and be quilted by hand or machine. Art quilts are exempt from layering. Tied quilts are only allowed in the Youth Quilter category.
5. Maximum quilt width: 96 inches; maximum length: 98 inches. No King-size.
6. Quilts shall have a label affixed to the back side which identifies the owner. Hanging sleeves are not required.
7. The quilt show committee reserves the right to refuse any quilt which is soiled, damaged, has pet hair or smells of smoke, perfume, pet or other odors.
8. Committee reserves the right to adjust the entry category at its discretion.
9. Entry of your quilt(s) conveys permission for PNWQF committees and/or visitors to photograph your quilt(s).
10. Safety pins will be used to attach ribbons or paperwork to your quilt(s) as needed.
11. A confirmation letter will be delivered by email upon receipt of your completed registration.
12. Judges reserve the right to not award every ribbon in every category.
13. Quilt return will be on Saturday, February 14th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. No exceptions.
