RESCUE PARTNER AGREEMENT

Parties: Stockton Streetdogs & Rescue Partner (RP)

1. To define the roles of both parties in placing rescued animals from Stockton, CA into permanent homes.

2. Stockton Streetdogs Duties

- Facilitate animal placement with RP.

- Maintain discretionary authority to suspend the agreement for cause.

3. Rescue Partner (RP) Duties

- Standard of Care: Provide humane treatment, enrichment, and socialization.

- Medical/Legal: Ensure all animals are vaccinated (Rabies required for 4mo+).

- Documentation: Quarterly Outcome Reports are mandatory to remain in good standing.

- Adoption Standards: Use written contracts and rigorous screening.

- Indemnification: RP holds Stockton Streetdogs harmless against all claims or liabilities arising from the RP's actions.

4. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement "without cause" via a 20-day written notice.

PARTNER AGREEMENT & CONSENT:

I have read this agreement and fully understand what is expected of me as a Stockton Streetdogs Rescue Partner. I agree to share the required animal records and outcome data with the organization to help us save more lives. I also understand that success stories and general data from our work together may be used in online newsletters or social media to help drive donations and adoptions. I am participating in this partnership voluntarily and understand that I may withdraw from the agreement at any time by following the notice procedures.
