Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by me! This form is the first step in requesting your appointment.

All of my available designs are pre-drawn (colour/shading included), pre-sized and flat rated! This means that the price included with the image covers the whole tattoo, as it's drawn and sized.

For my pieces that are labelled "flat rate available" this means that these are most likely multi-session pieces and I am open to discussing pricing per session.

To secure your appointment, I do require a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure you are committed before scheduling your appointment. The deposit comes off your total at the end of your tattoo.
