- This form allows you to add your information into the fields with a limited word count, OR you can upload a PDF document.

- If you are entering multiple projects, you will need to submit a separate JotForm for each project.
- All submissions, together with payment, must be received by 11:59 pm on Friday, 13 March 2026.
Reminder - Submission Support Guidelines
Where relevant, we recommend that submissions include the following supporting information:
- A written summary of the project or works undertaken, including
key contributors and stakeholders involved.
- Documentation that clearly illustrates the project, such as
drawings, reports, publications, photographs, videos, or other
visual material.
- Conservation documentation referenced or relied upon as part of
the project, including Conservation Management Plans, Heritage
Impact Statements, or similar.
- Reviews or evaluations that may have been prepared following the
project’s completion.
- Any additional material that assists the judges in gaining a
comprehensive understanding of the project.
