Credit Card Authorization & Recurring Billing Agreement
By submitting this form, I authorize Smart Gateway Transport LLC, doing business as On The Way, to charge my credit card on a recurring basis for student transportation services, according to the billing frequency I selected (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
I understand that I will receive a secure email link from eBizCharge, the Company’s authorized payment processor, where I will enter my credit card information directly. I acknowledge that my card details are stored securely by eBizCharge.
I acknowledge that transportation fees apply for all scheduled school service periods, regardless of student attendance, including absences due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons.
I understand that payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.
I understand that declined or blocked transactions (including fraud alerts, spending limits, or bank security controls) may result in late fees, service interruption, or suspension until payment is successfully resolved.
This authorization remains in effect until I cancel in accordance with the Company’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Billing Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to Smart Gateway Transport LLC, doing business as On The Way – Private School Transportation Service. Verbal or informal requests are not considered valid.
Cancellations require at least fifteen (15) calendar days’ advance written notice prior to the next scheduled billing date.
When proper notice is provided, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Charges processed prior to the effective cancellation date are non-refundable, including charges for services already scheduled or reserved.
Failure to provide the required notice does not relieve the account holder of payment responsibility.
