Invoices & Payment Structure
Invoices are issued via Square and sent to the nominated email address at the beginning of each term. Invoices cover the full term unless otherwise arranged in writing.
To support families with budgeting, term invoices may be split into milestone payments (e.g. monthly or fortnightly instalments). All milestone due dates are clearly outlined on the invoice and must be adhered to.
Discounts
- Fees paid in half term in cash receive a 5% discount
- Fees paid in full per term in cash receive a 10% discount
Discounts are applied only when payments are made on time and in full.
Late Payments & Outstanding Fees
Payment by the listed due date is required to secure enrolment.
- A 5% late fee will be applied to payments 7 days past the due date
- A 15% late fee will be applied if fees remain unpaid by the end of term
- Accounts not finalised by the end of term will result in the student being unable to attend classes in the following term until the account is brought up to date
Stellar Technique & Training reserves the right to withhold enrolment, costumes, choreography, concert participation or class access where accounts remain overdue. Any costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding fees, including administration or debt collection fees, may be passed on to the account holder.
Enrolment Commitment & Withdrawals
By registering a dancer in any class, you are agreeing to ongoing payment of fees until written notice of withdrawal is received.
A minimum of two weeks’ written notice is required to remove a dancer from any class
Notice must be emailed directly to Stellar Technique & Training
Fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of attendance
Failure to provide the required notice will result in fees being charged in lieu of notice.
Absences & Illness
Class fees are payable regardless of attendance, including absences due to illness, holidays, school commitments or personal reasons. Fees are for enrolment and access to tuition, not per-class attendance.
Soloist Lessons – Rescheduling Policy
Private lessons for soloists are scheduled based on limited teacher and studio availability.
If 24 hours notice is provided, soloists may be offered the option to reschedule the lesson. Rescheduled lessons are subject to teacher availability and existing timetable openings
A maximum of two rescheduled lessons per term is permitted
Lessons cancelled without sufficient notice, or exceeding the reschedule limit, will be forfeited and charged in full.
Acceptance of Fees & Terms
By enrolling and confirming pricing as shown on the 2026 fee schedule, you agree to:
