2026 Boonerang Battle of the Bands

Boonerang Music & Arts Festival is pleased to announce the 2026 Battle of the Bands. Bands are invited to submit an application for a chance to perform in one of two showcases hosted at the Appalachian Theatre. The winners of each battle will get a $500 cash prize and be invited to perform a paid spot at the festival, June 20, 2026.

Battles will take place at the Appalachian Theatre on the following dates.

March 26, 2026

April 16, 2026

Three or four bands will be selected to perform for each showcase. Bands should plan on performing a 30-minute set. Applicants are encouraged to select all of the showcase dates they are available for the best chance to be chosen, although applicants will not be selected for more than one showcase.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM. We will contact finalists by February 16.
