General Guidelines: Applicant must be a member of the graduating class of a local high school and reside in a city or town with a 04300 to 04399 zip code at the time of application, and have demonstrated financial need and academic merit. Applicant must be accepted for admission to a post-secondary college or university, and be pursuing a full-time course of study leading to a Bachelor's Degree.
