  1. General Information
  
  •All baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
  •We comply with local food safety guidelines and strive to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  
  2. Ordering
  
  •Orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability.
  •Custom orders require proper communication to ensure your expectations are met.
  
  3. Rush Fee
  
  •Orders placed with less than 3 days notice may be subject to a rush fee based on our availability.
  •Less than 24 hrs-$60 (full payment is REQUIRED at time of ordering)
  •24 hrs -$40
  •48 hrs- $20
  
  4. Order & Design Changes
  
  •Any changes to the quantity, size, style, or flavors must be requested at time of order.
  •Changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges based on time, labor, and material costs.
  •We will do our best to accommodate your requests within our production schedule.
  
  5. Payment
  
  •A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. •The remaining balance is due the day of pickup/delivery.
  •Payments can be made via cash, check(fees apply), CashApp, Venmo, and Apple cash.
  •Returned checks add $30 or 5% of the check's amount (whichever is greater)
  
  6. Cancellations and Refunds
  
  •No refunds, unless at the discretion of the owner
  
  7. Pickup and Delivery
  
  •Pickup is available at a previously agreed upon location.
  •Delivery is available within a reasonable travel distance from my home for an additional fee. •Delivery times are approximate, and we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  •Once goods are handed over, you assume responsibility for their care and transportation.

  8. Design and Customization
  
  •Photos or inspiration provided by customers will be used for reference only. Exact replicas of other artists' work will not be created. Each product will include our unique artistic interpretation.
  •Customers must provide clear preferences regarding design elements to ensure satisfaction.
  
  9. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
  
  •We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
  •It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement.
  
  10. Liability
  
  •Whipped Wonders is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues arising from consumption of our products.
  •Once products leave our premises, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transportation or improper storage.
  
  11. Marketing and Photos
  
  •We reserve the right to photograph all products we create for marketing purposes, including social media, our website, and promotional materials.
  
  12. Agreement
