Eligibility Requirements
To enter the Little Miss Rosebud Scholarship Pageant Application, participants and parents must meet certain basic requirements and agree to abide by all the rules of the Pageant now in effect or as announced hereafter. To be a participant in the Little Miss Rosebud Scholarship Pageant, Parents must:

(1) Exemplify the age-appropriate morals, and characteristics traditionally representative for the age of the participants age group.

(2) Be a Female child between the ages of 6 – 9 years old and a resident of Hillsborough County.·

(3) Be available for and participate in all planned enrichment workshops, production practices, community service and social activities organized for the Pageant participants that will take place between January 2026 and May 2026.

(4) Applicant must be age 6-9 at the time of application.

(5)The dress rehearsal in May 2026 is mandatory.
