    DUST SETTLING - There is no set time for dust to carry on in the air, and in fact it might be present for a long time. Heavier particles will not be able to stay in the air for very long- However, lighter dust may keep moving through the air for a lot longer - We recommend letting the dust settle for at least 3 to 7 days before having our cleaners onsite.

  • HOW OUR LAUNDRY SERVICE WORKS: YOU PROVIDE the laundry detergent, softener, hangers, etc. and let us know where the dirty clothes are kept. The cleaners will wash, dry, fold/hang per your laundry preferences. If no preference is given all washed items will be put in the dryer. Currently we do not provide service for dry cleaning, bedding or ironing. This laundry service is not available as a pick up and drop off, all laundry is cleaned using your washer and dryer.

Clients will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a returned check; NSF checks are billed $40.00 for administrative costs. CHECKS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVING.

    If it takes less time to clean than the recommended hours, we will gladly refund the unused portion in 30-minute increments.

CLICK the PAY NOW BUTTON to pay for your service with an American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.  After you click the “MAKE PAYMENT BUTTON” you will be taken to THE SECURE PAYMENT SERVER for your payment information.  Stripe/PayPal/Square uses state-of-the-art technology providing 100% safe and secure online payment transactions.  Credit card users will have a 3% handling fee added to total bill; example: if your invoice total is $160 the 3% fee is $4.80.

    OUR PAYMENT POLICY is in place to avoid any unnecessary setbacks for our teams.  Other cleaning providers will require full payment the same day you make an appointment, to hold your service date; we opted not to implement that but rather believe a 2-hour window is adequate.
