🍭 Sugar Rush Vendor Application Info (Please Read)
Sugar Rush is a curated Sweet & Snack Expo. For 2026, vendor selection will be more selective to ensure a cohesive experience for attendees.
🍬 Vendor Requirements
Sampling is REQUIRED for all food, drink, and snack vendors- minium samples for the VIP additional sampling may be done at your disgretion
All food and beverage items must be prepackaged to sell to-go or bottled
No made-to-order food or drinks inside the expo halls
➡️ Food trucks & ready-to-eat vendors (lemonade, coffee, etc.) must contract directly with the fair for food sales approval.
🎨 Non-Food Vendors
Non-food vendors must incorporate sweets, snacks, desserts, or dessert-inspired elements into their products to align with the event theme.
VIP Swag Bag Participation (Optional):
Non-food vendors may choose to contribute a small product, promotional item, or exclusive coupon to our VIP swag bags. Participation is optional but encouraged, as it provides direct exposure to highly engaged VIP attendees.
Suggested value is $3–$5 per item. Vendors will be notified of the required quantity based on VIP ticket sales.

Standard booths are 10×10
Limited Premium Booths available with added space for sampling and guest flow as well as premium placement through the event!
Booth placement is determined by Sweet Cs Events
⚡ Electric
$60 per outlet
The expo ONLY powers outlets that are pre-ordered and paid for
Vendors must bring their own extension cords
🪑 Tables & Chairs
8 ft table: $15
Chair: $5
If ordered, tables and chairs will be placed in your booth prior to setup
📣 Marketing Add-Ons
Vendor Spotlights – $15
Minimum of 2 spotlight posts
Includes business name, website/page link, storefront info (if applicable), photos, product description, and booth location
Business Name in Event Brochure – $10

VIP tickets have sold out quickly both years
Applications are reviewed first-come, first-served and based on category balance
