  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the 6th Annual Cochrane Food Fest! We encourage you to read through this information and submit your completed form once you're ready to sign up.

    DETAILS
    Cochrane Food Fest showcases Cochrane and Area's diverse culinary scene to community members & tourists who appreciate quality, locally made foods. The outdoor festival encourages visitors to experience multiple offerings from local restaurants, food vendors, farmers & producers through sample size portions. The day also includes live music, vendor marketplace, beer gardens and a Kids Zone! It's a ton of fun!!

    Food Trucks & Restaurants are asked to create a small menu of tasting sized portions from their current menu OR by creating a unique menu exclusive to this event! The idea is for attendees to be able to try MULTIPLE dishes. Please ensure you offer a minimum of TWO options for the festival. We suggest menu items are priced between $1 to $10 per serving.

    Please note: Food trucks are not permitted to sell their regular full menus at this event - tasting menus only.

    Cochrane AG Grounds, 43080 Bow Valley Trail OR Mitford Park, 201 W Rock Rd (Final location TBA)

    PARTICIPATION COST
    - Food Trucks: $250
    - Food Vendors (ie. bakers/restaurants): $185
    - Marketplace Vendors: $100

    Note: marketplace is open for food/drink related vendors with take home product

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    - Vendors must be set up by 11:30am and ready to serve by 12:00pm.
    - Vendors should ensure that they have sufficient quantities of food available to last them throughout the event.
    - No early take downs will be permitted.
    - Vendors are encouraged to use a 10x10 tent, signage and decorations that best reflect and promote the flavour of the restaurant/business.
    - Restaurants/Vendors who require power will be responsible to BRING THEIR OWN generators.
    - Restaurants/Vendors are expected to be self sufficient - including providing their own table, tablecloths and chairs unless rental requested below. No tents are available for rental.
    - We have a limited number of tables & chairs available for rent if you require. $25 for one six foot table + 2 chairs - please choose the option on the form below and we'll include this on your invoice.

    *** If you do not have a mobile food permit number, you will need to complete the AHS Special Events Vendor Notification Form if accepted - https://form.jotform.com/241134460410037 - Once this jotform is filled out please send a copy of the PDF to events@quirksocial.ca by July 8th at the absolute latest.

    Please complete the form below to sign up for the event. Once you're application is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice for your registration fee and vendor agreement.
