  • Welcome to Cochrane's Fourth Annual Pet Expo - we are excited to have you! This family-friendly day will be filled with a marketplace, fun activities, learning opportunities and more.

    Please read through the following details and complete the form below if you're interested in being part of this event. Vendor agreements will be sent with your invoices.

    Cost
    Businesses/Vendors - $160 + gst
    Food Trucks - $75 + gst
    Non-Profits - Free

    Tables & Chairs Rentals
    $20 - table
    $25 - table + two chairs

    Swag Bags
    We will be giving away 100 swag bags to the first families through the gates at the event. If you'd like to donate a promotional item or add a piece of marketing material, please make note of it below.

    Things To Note
    - Business/Vendor spaces are 10x10 - if you require a bigger space please note it below and we can look at adjusting the rate accordingly assuming space is available.
    - Set up will begin at 8am.
    - Vendors are expected to be self sufficient - including providing their own table, tablecloths and chairs unless rental requested below.
    - Power is available at an additional charge of $15/day. Please note below if you require it and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Food trucks that require power will be responsible to BRING THEIR OWN generators.

    *** If you do not have a mobile food permit number, you will need to complete the AHS Special Events Vendor Notification Form if accepted - https://form.jotform.com/241134460410037 - Once this jotform is filled out please send a copy of the PDF to events@quirksocial.ca by May 1st at the absolute latest.

    IMPORTANT - You are asked to have your table/truck set and ready to go no later than 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open. It looks best and most professional for all us to be ready to open at the same time.

    Marketing
    The event will be well marketed through the Cochrane & Calgary areas which will include: targeted social media ads on Facebook and Instagram with vendor tags, vendor spotlights, website listings, newspaper ads and more.

    Payment
    Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, otherwise you risk losing your spot.

    Cancellation
    Cancellations received with more than 7 days notice can receive a refund of their registration fee, minus a $50 admin fee. Cancelation with less than 7 days notice forfeits the registration fee.
