    Assistance is not paid directly to individuals and is subject to verification, eligibility, and available funds.

    Administered by 360° Dreams Foundation on behalf of the vYbe trYbe and Turntable Collective community.

    Limit: One (1) application and one (1) payment per household/family.

    Applications submitted for convenience, non-urgent needs, or without required documentation will not be reviewed.
