  • WINTER 2026 NORTHWOODS LEARNING HUB PROGRAM DETAILS AND COSTS

  • The Family Membership and Session Enrollment Fees are based on a cooperative model where each families contribution supports a small portion of the annual NLH budget.

    The annual NLH budget pays for liability insurance, facility rentals, business administrative costs, website hosting and program supplies. Our board of directors and commitee members all serve in a volunteer capacity.

    If you are in a position to pay the enrollment fee plus an additional amount to help other members with financial need, and/or to support NLH future needs and growth, you are welcome to pay an additional amount.

    Family Membership and Session Enrollment Fees (fees are per family): 

    • Family Membership Fee $30 (covers Sept. 2025 - Sept. 2026)
    • Tuesday Session $100 
    • Thursday Session $100

    Available Scholarship Opportunities*:

    • If you are not able to pay the full requested amount please choose "Partial Scholarship" below and include the dollar amount you are able to pay.
    • If you are currently unable to pay any fee, please choose "Full Scholarship".

    *While we can not guarantee a full scholarship is available we make every effort to source available funds so no family has to miss out on participating with the NLH community.

          All community members must agree to the following terms and conditions in order to participate with Northwoods Learning Hub.

        • Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. Membership Agreement
          By agreeing below I am stating I have read, understand, and agree to the Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. 2026 Member Agreement for myself, my family, any children in my charge, and any other caregivers for my child(ren). Once I check "I agree" below, I consider the Agreement signed.

        • Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement
          I have read the Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I confirm that I agree to its terms knowingly and voluntarily. I also confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed on this form. Once I check "I agree" below, I consider the Agreement signed and intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

        • Authorization for Medical Treatment
          By my agreement below I hereby authorize Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. and its officers, agents, volunteers, Instructors, or supervising parents, to seek emergency medical care and/or emergency dental care for my child(ren.) I further authorize Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. and its officers, agents, volunteers, Instructors, or supervising parent, to receive physical custody of my child upon completion of treatment. I understand that this Authorization for Medical Treatment is ONLY to be used in the case of an emergency when I, the parent/legal guardian of my child(ren), am unavailable or cannot be reached by phone. By checking "I agree" below, I consider the Authorization signed.

        • Photo & Video Release
          Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc. may occassionally photograph or record video of parents and children for use on NLH website, public social media sites, or for other marketing purposes only. In these cases, children ARE NOT named in the photos or videos and personal information IS NOT included. Images may continue to be used even if individuals are no longer members at Northwoods Learning Hub, Inc.
