This is a juried show. Submission of work does not guarantee acceptance into this show.

Artists are responsible for insuring their own work and participate at their own risk.

Livermore Amador Symphony and Livermore Art Association is not responsible for any damages or losses. Reasonable care will be taken to minimize the likelihood of theft or damage and the artist understands Livermore Art Association cannot be held responsible for damages to the artwork.

LAA reserves the right to omit artwork, deemed inappropriate, from the competition.

The artist certifies that the submitted entry(s) are their original work, independently created, composed and executed.

Artists must pick up or make arrangements to have entries picked up during the designated time. A storage fee of $10.00 per entry per day will be enforced. If art works are not picked up within 30 days, they become the property of LAA.

All fees are non-refundable.
