SFA Drop-In Request Form

Drop-in days are offered on select dates and are space-available.
Drop-in days are offered for families seeking occasional attendance or a gentle introduction to Stonewall Forest Academy. The cost is $60 per child, per day.

Children ages 3+ are welcomed into our mixed-age, Montessori-inspired environment for a day of hands-on work, outdoor time, and a calm, supportive rhythm.

Drop-in availability is limited and offered on a space-available basis. Dates vary by term and are shared upon registration or inquiry.

Drop-ins are best suited for children who are able to separate comfortably and participate independently in a group setting. Children must be fully potty-trained.

Drop-in days are not intended as a substitute for ongoing enrollment.

Advance registration and payment are required.

Drop-In Day Agreement & Liability Waiver

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that Drop-In Days at Stonewall Forest Academy are offered on a limited, space-available basis and are intended for occasional attendance or as an introduction to the program. Drop-In Days are not a substitute for ongoing enrollment and availability may change by term.

I understand that my child will participate in a mixed-age learning environment that includes indoor and outdoor activities, hands-on work, and independent movement. I affirm that my child is able to separate from a parent or guardian and participate comfortably in a group setting.

I certify that my child is in good health and that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Stonewall Forest Academy staff to seek medical care for my child if I cannot be reached, and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.

I understand that participation in school activities, including outdoor and nature-based activities, involves inherent risks. I knowingly assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and release Stonewall Forest Academy, its owners, staff, and volunteers from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that payment is required in advance to reserve a drop-in day and that drop-in fees are non-refundable.
