• Devices can be redeemed based on the voucher value .
• Redemption is NOT AVAILABLE at any vivo store or E-Store.
• Purchased phones will be delivered exclusively via GDex or Pavilion KL Concept Store. 

If the voucher value is insufficient to redeem the selected device, customers may:

• Combine multiple vouchers to reach the required value (up to 10 vouchers per transaction)
• Make an online bank transfer to top up the remaining balance (limited to one transfer per transaction).
• Each redemption may consist of a maximum of 10 vouchers combined with one (1) transfer record.

• 3-5 working days for West Malaysia
• 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.

Shipping & Delivery Details:

• Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
• No shipments are made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as:-
  • Public holidays
  • Long weekends
  • Peak seasons
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier capacity issues
  • Unexpected logistical delays

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent data submissions.
• Misinterpretation of these terms.
• Any unauthorized use of data beyond our control.
