Whisk-y Business Cakery operates as a Georgia Cottage Food Business under the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
This product was produced in a home kitchen not inspected by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
2. Food Safety & Quality
All baked goods are made in small batches in a clean, organized home kitchen.
Products comply with Georgia Cottage Food laws .
Items are prepared fresh and handled carefully to maintain quality for pickup or market sale.
3. Allergen Policy
Our kitchen uses milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
Cross-contamination is possible.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

4. Market Sales
Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at farmers markets.

All sales at markets are final.

5. Custom Orders
Custom orders require advance notice of [7days].

All order details (flavor, size, design, pickup date/time) must be finalized before baking begins.

6. Payment Policy
Payment is required to secure all custom orders.

Square online payments or tap pay in person before any production is started
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax is applied when required.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made [7 days] prior to pickup for a refund.
Late cancellations may not be refunded.
No refunds on completed custom or personalized orders.
If an error occurs on our part, we will offer a replacement or credit.
8. Pickup Policy
Pickups are scheduled by appointment only.
Customers must arrive on time.
Orders not picked up within [X minutes] of the scheduled time may be forfeited without refund.
Once an order is picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
9. Product Handling & Liability
We are not responsible for damage once products leave our possession.
Customers are responsible for proper transport and storage.
Heat, humidity, and handling can affect appearance and stability.
10. Custome Design Policy
Inspiration photos are used as a reference, not an exact replica.
Handmade products may vary slightly in color, design, or detail.
By approving order details, the customer agrees to the final outcome.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
