PA Link - Refresh Plan Public Comment Form
As part of Aging Our Way, PA, the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) has completed an evaluation of the PA Link and has designed a strategic plan to improve and resign the program to better serve older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers. The entire project was informed by extensive stakeholder engagement, including consultation of an advisory committee. Additionally, a virtual listening session will be held on Tuesday January 27th, at 2 PM. Please review the DRAFT Refresh Plan before providing a public comment. The public comment period will close on Monday, February 9th and all comments will be considered prior to the release final Refresh Plan.
