Our services follow the Year of the Wheel. Our next members online service will be held on Imbolc, the Pagan festival marking winter’s midpoint. We’ll meet online in the meta space created by our friends at Elevate on Saturday, January 31 at 12 pm EST. Please complete the form below to register for the meeting. Imbolc celebrates the coming of spring, returning light and new beginnings and honors the Goddess Brigid.

All participants will recieve a free sample of Level x Church of Our Earth tea. There is space to provide your shipping address below.

How this event works: 

We are incredibly excited to share this cutting-edge virtual educational tool with you. The event will begin at 12pm, but we recommend signing on a few minutes early to create an avatar for yourself and begin to navigate the space. We are new to this technology as well, so thank you in advance for being understanding of any technical difficulties we may encounter. We will have administrators on hand to assist with any questions. Below are some instructions and recommendations to help you get started!

The link to this event will be provided 30 minutes before the start time.

1. Please make sure that you are using an updated version of Google Chrome. The software is not supported on other internet browsers and will malfunction.

2. If possible, use a laptop or desktop computer. Phones or tablets will work, but the experience works best on a laptop or desktop computer.

3. If you are sent a verification code, please check your spam folder.

4. Simply click the link when you are ready to enter the space. This will take you to a landing page where you can create your avatar and edit your information. Once you are ready, please click "Enter Space" and you will be brought to the meeting room. You are not required to create an avatar to enter the meeting, it's just a fun perk!

5. Once you are in the room, you can move your avatar around with the arrows on your keyboard. Everything on the walls is interactive, so feel free to click and explore.

6. Your avatar is spacial! This means that the audio in the space is similar to that in real life. The closer you are to someone, the easier you can hear them. Someone across the room from you will not be able to hear you. Stand close to people you wish to have a conversation with.

7. When the discussion begins, you can stand anywhere in the room. The speaker will be broadcasting their audio to the entire room, so you do not need to stand close to the speaker unless you have a question during the Q&A portion. Please turn off your microphone during the presentations.

8. Have fun!

If at any point you have questions, feel free to ask verbally. The administrators are there to help. You can also use the "raise hand" feature or ask your question in the chat and someone will help you out.
