MERRICKVILLE FAIR – SPONSORSHIP CONFIRMATION FORM

Event Dates: Friday, August 7 – Sunday, August 9, 2026
Event Location: Merrickville Fairgrounds, Merrickville, Ontario

This form provides all the information needed to become a sponsor of the Merrickville Fair.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

1. CO-HOST - $5,000 (1 Co-Host for each of the three days)

• Recognition as Co-Hosting sponsor alongside Merrickville Agricultural Society on all promotional materials
• Prime logo placement on our Facebook page, website, and event marketing materials
• Acknowledgment during opening and closing remarks
• Premium location for complimentary booth space and placement of your banner and signage
• Opportunity to address attendees during the event
• 10 complimentary day passes

2. PLATINUM - $1000

• Opportunity to sponsor a specific event with verbal recognition at the time of the event
• OR Naming rights for a specific zone – for example: “Merrickville Fair Kid Zone” ($1000 per day or $2500 for all three days)
• Prominent logo placement on event marketing materials
• Opportunity to place your banner / signage at the event
• Individual recognition on our Facebook page, website, and social media
• 4 complimentary day passes (total of 6 for $2,500 sponsorship)

3. GOLD LEVEL- $500 

• Opportunity to sponsor a specific event with verbal recognition at the time of the event
• Opportunity to place your banner / signage at the event
• Individual recognition on our Facebook page, website, and social media
• 2 complimentary day passes

4. SILVER LEVEL - $250

• Recognition on our Facebook page, website, and social media
• Acknowledgment during the event / show
• 1 complimentary day pass

5. BRONZE LEVEL – $100

• Group recognition on our Facebook page and website
• Acknowledgment during the event / show

6. HORSE SHOWS

7. LIVESTOCK SHOWS (Dairy, Cattle, Sheep)

8. TRACK EVENTS (Horse Pull, Truck Pull, Antique Tractor Pull)
