Queen City Music Fest XXII April 25/26, 2026 Piano + Faber Theory Exam for Piano!

Please complete the form below. If you are registering more than 6 students, please submit an additional form. Performance Time Limits: Piano: maximum 6 minutes. All performers must adhere to their time limit. Students performing beyond the limit will be stopped and adjudicated only on the material heard. Students may perform no more than two pieces within their allotted time. Payment Information: Preferred payment is via credit or debit card through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account. If paying by check, please make it payable to AlivenArts and mail it to: AlivenArts, PO Box 8534, Cincinnati, OH 45208. Please include a copy of your registration form and email QCMF to let us know that payment is on the way. Scheduling & Confirmation Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the location becomes full, your students will be placed on a waitlist. If you are unable to secure a time, the entry fee will be refunded. Registration Deadline: March 25, 2026. Confirmation emails will be sent approximately two weeks after the deadline. All communication will be sent to the teacher listed on the registration form. Thank you so much for participating!
