  • Accordion Book Making
    Fridays, April 10th & April 17th from 10:00am-12:00pm

    We will focus on learning the steps in constructing an accordion book, such as folding paper for the inside (which can include cutouts and secret pockets) and then adhering this to the covers. The covers will be made from mat board or book binder’s board with paste paper glued on the front and back. Your finished accordion book can be used for journaling, gift giving, or to display on your book shelf.

    At the end of the class series participants will be able to:

    construct a handmade book which incorporates accordion folds and paste paper covers.  Finished books will be approximately 4“x 6” in size.

    Fee: $60.00 includes both classes and all materials.

    If the class becomes more than half full, prepayment will be required to hold your space. Payment may be made in person or online through an invoice and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the start of class.

    If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice, regardless of whether you have prepaid or plan to pay in person. This policy allows the instructor to prepare supplies appropriately and ensures that spaces are available for others.

    Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice or failure to attend will result in full payment being due, and an invoice will be issued.
