🚫 no cancellations
- once the form is submitted, no cancellations will be accepted.
- double-check your details and make sure you’re 526% sure before hitting submit!
💳 PAYO (pay as you order)
- payment is required before we process your order.
- at the end of the form, you’ll be asked to attach a clear proof of payment.
- no proof = no order processing.
🛠️ production details
- all clickers are made-to-order.
- production lead time: 1 to 3 weeks after preorder closes
- updates will be real-time through @euphorianaph on x! :)
📦 shipping info
- packing fee (pf) and shipping fee (sf) will be computed and collected separately once your order has been produced and packed.
- a shipping notice will be sent once bulk production is completed.
- final sf will be based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.
- modes of delivery: direct j&t / shopee checkout
🚫 returns & refunds
- all items are made-to-order, so all sales are final.
- if you receive a defective item, kindly contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- must include a raw unboxing video + clear photos for us to assess.
