Consultation & Booking Policy

All extension services require a mandatory consultation prior to booking. Consultations may be completed in-person or virtually. During this consultation, we will review your hair goals, maintenance requirements, pricing, and complete a custom color and texture match to determine the appropriate service plan.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book all extension consultations and all color service appointments. No consultation or color appointment will be scheduled without the required deposit.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept securely on file for all appointments. No appointment will be confirmed without a card on file.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits, service charges, and product purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits, services rendered, or products purchased.
