By registering for any 2&4Hr Advanced Hikes TORONTO event, you accept and acknowledge the following Liability Waiver -Acknowledgment of Risk: In consideration of your RSVP to participate in this 2&4Hr Advanced Hikes Toronto Event you hereby agree as follows: *** (1) TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against 2&4HR ADVANCED HIKES TORONTO and its executive, leadership team members, hike leaders, co-organizers and organizers (THE RELEASEES), and *** (2) TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer resulting, either directly or indirectly, from either my use of the facilities or my presence on the premises DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.2, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, AND INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF ALL ACTIVITIES; *** (3) TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any claims or demands resulting from any property damage or personal injury to any third party, which might be made against the Releasees resulting from my participation in All Activities and my use of the premises and facilities; *** (4) That this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario; *** (5) That any litigation involving the parties to this Agreement shall be brought within the Province of Ontario; *** (6) That this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; *** (7) I am SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any guests that I bring to a 2&4Hr Advanced Hikes Toronto Event. and to make them aware that this is an ADVANCED LEVEL hiking group that travels on a combination of on/off trail situations, with a higher risk of personal injury *** (8) I have read, understood, and I agreed to this waiver, and hereby acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my safety during any event or group related activity and that if intoxicated, I will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving any 2&4Hr Advanced Hikes Toronto Event. *** Do you voluntary agree with the terms set out in this agreement and wish to send this to the group organizer?
