Free Play Day Registration

Format of play

What do players love the most, scrimmages! What is even better, is having the ability to express yourself and play with freedom. With our free play days, players will be organized into 2 teams for a 1hr scrimmage 5v5 small-sided game for ages 6-12. We will run 3 sessions based on age groups and teams will be selected before the session. NO COACHING, JUST FREE PLAY! 

What will they gain?

This a great platform to showcase their ability, techniques and practices they have learnt from the development program or just wanting to present what they already have in a game style format. This is great practice for gameplay and fun opportunity to get more touches vs a magnitude of different players in a non-pressured environment.

What we provide?

A positive structured setting to express their ability and have fun. It will be competitive and players will be encouraged to put maximum effort and desire into play. Games will be organized with throw in's, corners, free kicks and all the fundamentals involved to replicate real match experience.

Free Play Days will be organized twice a month for both Recreational & Competitive players.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all soccer activities prepared by the ES Soccer Training during the selected session. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by the ES Soccer Training Free Play Day, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless ES Soccer Training and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected session.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against ES Soccer Training, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death. I agree to allow the use of photos obtained by ES Soccer Training throughout the session program. I have carefully read the information above and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to its terms. *

BY AGREEING ABOVE AND SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
