General Guidelines: Applicant must be a member of the graduating class of a local high school and reside in a city or town with a 043** zip code at the time of application. Student must have demonstrated financial need and community service (volunteerism, church, etc.). Applicant must be accepted for admission to a post-secondary or vocational institution.
