By signing up as a Referral Agent with Competent Tax Group, you understand that this role is active, not passive. Referral Agents are expected to promote services by posting on social media, sharing content, and/or distributing flyers and business cards. This is how referrals are generated and tracked. This opportunity is commission-based and income is earned through consistent outreach and referrals.
• Referral payout is $50 per referred client

• Payout is issued only after the referred client has successfully filed and received their tax refund

• No payouts are issued for incomplete, rejected, or unfiled returns

• Duplicate or self-referrals are not eligible for payout
Approved Referral Agents will receive a marketing kit which may include flyers, digital content, or promotional materials to assist with client outreach.
