    • Our products are created on a made to order basis to reduce waste and support sustainable manufacturing practices.
    • Minimum opening order £125
    • Repeat minimum orders £100
    • UK carriage paid: Over £200
    • All orders ship from our studio in Cornwall.
    • There is a flat fee of £7.50 for orders under the carriage paid threshold.
    • Express delivery is available at an additional cost.
    • Our chosen courier is Royal Mail.
    • Stephanie Ginger Illustration is not responsible for any delivery delays.
    • As we are a small business, opening order invoices are required to be pre-paid and completed at order. Stephanie Ginger Illustration is not currently VAT registered.
    • Repeat orders have 30 days to complete payment after dispatch.
    • We do not supply on a sale or return basis.
    • All greeting cards are sold in packs, with each pack containing 6 greeting cards. E.g 1 pack = 6x greeting cards.
    • We don’t set a fixed resale price, but to help protect the brand, we kindly ask that you let us know if products are ever sold significantly below the recommended retail price (RRP).
    • We aim to send orders out within 1 – 3 weeks however this can vary at busy times.
    • We will always confirm delivery time frames at order and keep you updated of any changes to your delivery date.
