2. Be sure to upload your City of Safford business license, proof of liability insurance, logo, and photos of your merchandise to be used for event marketing.

Vendor Types:
$500 Vendors
- Friday and Saturday
- spot locations are right of first refusal for the next event
- spot locations confirmed in order that payment is recieved
- located on the Safford City Hall Lawn (717 W Main Street, Safford, AZ 85546), the City Hall Drive, and the 700 Block of W Main Street in Safford, Arizona.
$240 Vendors:
- $240 per 10' x 10' spot
- Saturday only
- spot locations are assinged on the day of, first come, first served. If you want to be next to another vendor, arrive together.
- located on the 600 Block of S 7th Avenue and the 600, 500, and 400 Blocks of W Main Street in Safford, Arizona.
$20 Vendors:
- $20 per 10' x 10' spot
- Must be a current member of the Graham County Chamber of Commerce on the dates of the event
- Saturday only
- spot locations are assinged on the day of, first come, first served. If you want to be next to another vendor, arrive together.

6:00 am: Street Closure: 700 Block of W Main Street, 600 Block of S 7th Avenue, and City Hall Drive
8:00 am - 3:00 pm: $500 Vendor Check in Window on S 7th Avenue from the South.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Event Open
10:00 pm - 8:00 am (next day): Overnight security in place
Saturday, September 26th
Time TBD: Street Closure: 600, 500, and 400 Blocks of W Main Street
6:00 am - 9:00 am: $20 and $240 Vendor Set Up Window
9:00 am: Event Opens
8:00 pm: Vendors may start taking down without vehicle access
10:00 pm: Vendor vehicle access begins
12:00 am (next day): Streets Open
