    Our Northridge indoor market takes place toward the end of each month.

    By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below.

  • 📆 EVENT HOURS & SETUP

  • Market Hours:
    Friday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
    Saturday: 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
    Sunday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm

    Vendors must stay throughout the event.

  • 🛠 Important Vendor Instructions


  • Seating
    Camping chairs and chairs with wheels are not permitted for safety reasons.

    Floor Clearance
    The floor must remain clear at all times to prevent trip hazards.

    Signage & Display Height
    Banners, tall signage, and walk boards are not permitted.

    Storage "Returning vendors"
    All merchandise, inventory, and personal belongings must be stored underneath your table. Storage should be neat and concealed, preferably using a woven basket. Scroll down to see example photos. click this link to buy items -->  Buy Northridge Requirements







    6-Foot Table Setup Requirements (New Vendors)

    Table Size (New Vendors)
    New vendors must bring a 6-foot table only. Tables of any other size will not fit the provided table cover.

    Table Cover (New Vendors)
    One 6-foot wooden-style table cover is provided for new vendors only and must be used. Vendors must bring a 6-foot table. Tables of any other size are not permitted. One 4-foot wooden table will also be provided for new vendors. 

    Booth Space 8ftx4 (New Vendor Eddtion)


    Display Setup
    Setups must align with the desired fixtures shown in the reference photos. Vendors are encouraged to use a variety of display elements to create a clean, dynamic, and visually appealing presentation.

    Theme Alignment
    All setups must follow the overall The Mall Market aesthetic and presentation standards. Requested by the mall.


    Examples of diffenet setups:

    Vendor Used a 4ft table with another 4ft to include the shelf it was a total of 8ft long

       8ft (L) x 4 ft Space with a shelf is Accetable                     
                          

  • ⭐ GENERAL POLICIES – NO REFUNDS OR DATE EXCHANGES

  • • All payments are final and non-transferable. No switching dates.

    • Mall Authority Has Final Say
    Mall management controls what happens on property. If the mall removes or restricts a vendor for any reason, FTPE has no authority to overturn it. In those cases, only the booth fee for that date will be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided.

    • Weather Policy
    If there is a 30%+ chance of rain or extreme heat, we ae in an indoor setting the  indoor pop will still procceed No refunds for weather cancellations.

    • Trash & Cleanliness
    All vendors must clean their space. Leaving trash or stuffing mall bins will result in a $65 fine.

    • Full Event Commitment
    Vendors must stay the entire market. Leaving early without approval may affect future participation.

  • 💳 PAYMENTS & DEADLINES

  • • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • We offer payment plan thorough klarna
    • Only submit payment after official acceptance via Instagram DM or email.
    • Payment plans must be completed on time. Missing more than one payment forfeits the space without refund.


  • 📣 MARKETING & PROMOTION

  • Vendors are required to help promote the market by:
    • Tagging @ForThePeopleEvents in posts and stories
    • Sharing FTPE promotional graphics
    • Announcing participation to followers

    FTPE may take photos and videos of booths for marketing purposes.
    Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and taxes.

  • 👕 DRESS CODE & PROFESSIONALISM

  • • Vendors must represent their brand professionally.
    • Casual attire is acceptable; pajamas are not permitted.
    • Vendors must follow all instructions from FTPE staff and mall management.

  • 🔒 PROPERTY & LIABILITY

  • Vendors are fully responsible for their property, including theft, accidents, weather damage, or loss.

    By participating, vendors agree to hold FTPE and Mall management harmless from:
    – Lost sales or profits
    – Reputation damage
    – Travel or lodging costs
    – Theft or property damage
    – Mall removal or restrictions
    – Any circumstances outside FTPE’s control

    Vendors are financially responsible for any damage to mall property.

  • 🛍 MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS

  • • Vendors must submit a complete item list before approval.
    • Restricted or prohibited items include (but are not limited to): duplicate tenant items, alcohol, CBD/THC, weapons, counterfeit goods, or unsafe items.
    • Any new items added later must be approved first.
    • Selling unapproved items may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • 🚨 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

  • • Contact FTPE via Instagram or email for urgent matters.
    • Vendors must maintain their own booth safety plan.
    • All incidents must be reported immediately.
