Your membership in the Oliver Beach Improvement Association, Inc. (OBIA) has benefits! It allows you to purchase one key that opens each of the community boat launch ramps, have access to periodic community newsletters, copies of the monthly minutes so you always keep up on the business of OBIA, rent the Community Hall at a members-only reduced rate, and most importantly - have a voting voice in the issues that affect us all, as neighbors. Boat Ramp Rules and Regulations
Boat ramp key is to be used by purchasers or family members in the same Oliver Beach Household.
Loaning your key to anyone outside of your household is prohibited.
Usage of boat ramps is only permitted from
dawn to dusk
.
No parking of vehicles or trailers on the boat ramp property. Violators are subject to towing.
The boat ramp gate is to be
closed
and
locked
after each use.
Be considerate of adjacent property owners by keeping noise to a minimum.
Do not leave bait in the trash cans loacated on the boat ramp property.
Violations of the above stated rules will result in termination of boat ramp privileges and the surrender of the boat ramp key without refund.
By signing this you agree to the terms and conditions above for use of the OBIA boat ramps. Violators will not be allowed to use boat ramps for the current and next season.
