By submitting this form, I agree to abide by all LVPOA Rules and Regulations concerning all MDRV’s and Snowmobiles and accept full responsibility if found in violation of any offenses as deemed as offenses by the LLVPOA Security Ranger on duty. LLVPOA Rules and Regulations can be found on our website. MDRV’s being operated in a careless, hazardous manner or causing a nuisance to others is prohibited. Operation of these vehicles in the village is a privilege, which if suspended; the property owner has the right to appear before the Fair Hearing Committee.
I understand that no one under the age of 14 years may operate any MDRV/Snowmobile on village property. I also understand that I can be fined if anyone under the age of 14 is found operating any MDRV/Snowmobile registered on this form.
I will keep my vehicle mechanically sound, while operating it safely and quietly, with due regards for my neighbors rights and privacy. I realize that these procedures are in the best interest of the village.
The operator of any recreational vehicle involved in an accident must call Security immediately.
