By participating in or attending Goodyear First Friday, including but not limited to appearing in photos, videos, livestreams, promotional recordings, or on-camera content, I hereby grant Food Truck Next LLC, Goodyear First Friday, and their affiliates, representatives, partners, and media team the irrevocable right and permission to:
Photograph, film, record, livestream, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, appearance, actions, and/or statements
Use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and publicly perform such content
Use the content for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, press, commercial, and educational purposes, in any format or medium now known or later developed
I understand and agree that:
I will not receive compensation for the use of this content
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content
The content may be used without time limitation
The content may be used with or without identifying information
All rights, title, and interest in the content belong exclusively to Food Truck Next LLC / Goodyear First Friday
I release and hold harmless Food Truck Next LLC, Goodyear First Friday, and all associated parties from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of my image or likeness, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
By submitting this form, I confirm that:
I am at least 18 years of age, or I am the legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Media Release
