Adoption Process
1. Complete and submit the application.
2. Pay the $500 nonrefundable deposit within 48hrs of submitting application.
3. Pay the remaining balance of the adoption fee before receiving your adopted pet.
4. Once the adoption fee is paid, you will receive your pet and their paperwork within 24-48hrs depending on location. If travel is needed, then a date will be agreed upon by both parties.

•By clicking the submit button, I understand that SUG Kennels will disclose all health, behavioral, vaccine, and DNA panel records upon request. Copies of all documents will be provided at the completion of the adoption.
•By clicking the submit button,I acknowledge that SUG Kennels will provide all AKC registration information. As the new owner, I understand that I will have to update the registration.
•By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want my pet, or am no longer able to care for my adopted pet SUG Kennels will rehome the pet with no questions asked.
