  • Join us this September as we welcome over 100,000 Torontonians to the 47th annual Cabbagetown Festival! As one of Toronto's longest standing and most beloved street festivals, the event will feature exciting live music performances, delicious food, patios to relax on, a kids zone, and an amazing line-up of vendors to shop from! New this year, the Festival will include a Rainbow Market to showcase 2SLGBTQIA2S+ vendors!

    Saturday September 12: 11am – 8pm

    Sunday September 13: 11am – 7pm

    Location: Parliament Street and Carlton Street, Cabbagetown, Toronto

    Registered non-profit organizations and charities to activate on-site.

    Handmade in Canada

    Local vendors selling handmade goods and products, including both food and product businesses. 

    Food products must be pre-packaged prior to arrival on site, with no preparation or cooking required on site. Examples - baked goods, condiments and hot sauce. 

    General Retail & Service Vendors

    Vendors selling a product or service. Includes product businesses from outside Canada and/or have grown to a fuller scale production model.  

    Alcohol Vendors

    Vendors selling handcrafted alcohol for attendees to take home to enjoy and/or sampling on site.

    Food & Beverage Vendor *FULL for 2026*

    Vendors selling delicious cooked or prepared on-site food and/or non-alcoholic beverages for attendees.

    Food Truck/Trailer *FULL for 2026*

    Food trucks/trailers offering tasty meals and snacks for attendees

  • Super Early Bird Two-Day Vendor Fees for a 10 x 10 foot space are as follows (plus applicable taxes):

    Not for Profit: $255

    Handmade in Canada: $385

    General Retail & Service: $710 

    Alcohol: $710

    Food Tent: $925

    Food Truck/Trailer up to 25 feet: $1400 

    Food Truck/Trailer OVER 25 feet: $1850

  • Early Bird Pricing goes into effect January 1 at 12:01am. 

    Pop-up Vendor Requirements:

    - Each vendor is required to bring their own Tent with a minimum of 42-pound weights for each tent leg

    - Each vendor is responsible for their own Table(s) with floor length covering(s)

    - Vendors are responsible for providing exhibitors' insurance upon approval

    - Food Vendors are responsible for complying with all Public Health requirements

    Additional Information:

    - Held OUTDOORS along Parliament Street and Carlton Street, Cabbagetown, Toronto

    - Event operates rain or shine
