  • Licensing, Insurance & Permits

  • Food vendors must provide required Leon County permits and insurance. All vendors agree to submit any required documents prior to event day.

  • Payment Agreement

  • Payments issued via Square Invoice. Payment must be made within 7 days to secure booking. No refunds. Weather clause applies. Event may be rescheduled if needed (thunderstorm). Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid in full upon acceptance. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, setup, and breakdown. Cash and card are only accepted for vendors who pay at store location (3080 W Tharpe Street, Tallahassee Fl.32303) and must be paid within 7 days.

  • I agree to follow all festival rules, provide required permits and insurance, and release event organizers from liability. I consent to use photos/videos for marketing. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:
    • I am responsible for my booth, products, staff, and equipment
    • I will comply with all event rules, local laws, and safety requirements
    • Together Festival, organizers, and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage
    • I will leave my area clean and remove all materials after the event
    • I understand that violation of rules may result in removal without refund
