This Enrollment and Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant and/or parent/legal guardian (for minors) and Pamepeppe Cooking School ("Pamepeppe"). By enrolling in any class, workshop, camp, or event, you agree to the terms below. One form is required for each participant.

I understand that Pamepeppe uses common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and shellfish. I acknowledge that cross-contamination may occur.

Food Allergy Waiver
I acknowledge that Pamepeppe Cooking School operates in a shared kitchen environment and cannot guarantee an allergen-free facility. I understand that food ingredients may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, and shellfish.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions or related medical issues and agree to release and hold harmless Pamepeppe Cooking School from any claims arising from food allergies or sensitivities, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in cooking classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, use of kitchen tools, and other injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Pamepeppe Cooking School.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pamepeppe Cooking School, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, landlords, hosts, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to participation, to the fullest extent permitted under California law.

This release includes claims of negligence, but does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under California law.

Class Rules & Behavior Expectations
Participants agree to:
- Follow instructor directions and kitchen safety rules
- Use equipment appropriately
- Show respect to instructors and other participants
- Remain with their assigned group
Pamepeppe reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

Photo & Video Release
In accordance with California law, I grant Pamepeppe Cooking School permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of the participant for lawful business purposes, including marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.

I understand that no compensation will be provided and that these materials may be used without time limitation.

Pickup & Dismissal Agreement (For Minors)
In compliance with California child supervision standards, participants will only be released to a parent/legal guardian or authorized individuals listed below. Government-issued photo identification may be required.

Pamepeppe Cooking School is not responsible for participants after scheduled class dismissal times.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
To complete registration and reserve your spot in a Pamepeppe Cooking School, full payment is required at the time of registration.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through Zelle or Venmo.

Cancellations and Refunds:
• Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before the class start date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class.
• Cancellations made less than one week before the class are non-refundable, as class materials and ingredients are prepared in advance.
• If a class is canceled by Pamepeppe for any reason, attendees will receive a full refund or may transfer their payment to another class date.

Reminders and Attendance:
A reminder will be sent to all registered attendees prior to their scheduled class. Because space is limited, we encourage participants to attend their reserved class to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the experience.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Enrollment & Waiver Agreement, understand its contents, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

I further agree that any dispute arising from participation shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California.
