  • Please Read Carefully Tuition and Fees: Total tuition cost of the program includes tuition and textbook (if applicable Tuition and fees are subject to increases. Changing programs, beginning programs after it has started and requesting a different program and/or taking time off from coursework, unsuccessful attempts at course completion will increase the total length of the program and overall cost of education from what is disclosed. Textbooks will be delivered in a digital format or a hard copy, via mail, depending on the selected course. In the event a digital textbook is not available for a course, the school will substitute a physical textbook out of the school's store at no additional charge.     Requirements for receiving course credit: The total cost of the tuition must be paid in full. Complete the required number of hours, as stated above. If you miss more than the required hours you must restart the course. If you miss below the number of missed hours you must make up the missed hours within the same instructional session and/or before the end of the enrolled course. All final exams will be proctored online, therefore, the highest level of academic integrity is required. Students caught cheating will be expelled from the program and will not be permitted to return and no monies will be refunded. Conduct disruptive to the class will not be permitted. The student will be given a verbal warning for the first offense. After the first verbal warning, if the disruptive behavior continues, the student will be removed from the class and not permitted to re-enroll. No monies will be returned. Students must pass the final examination and all required quizzes based on their State's requirements. If the student should fail, the examination must be passed before credit is given. The student will have three (3) attempts to sit for the final exam before the student will have to repeat the entire course at no extra charge. However, the student must retake the course prior to 90 days or else the student will have to pay 50% of the current tuition cost.

    The Institute's Policies: General Provisions: As a student of the school, I understand that I will be entitled to the privileges and bound by the conditions below:

    I understand that individual job search assistance is available, at no additional cost, by Kofe's Career Services Department for all current students and students who have graduated within 3 months after completion of the course. I further acknowledge that no representative of the Kofe Institute has guaranteed me employment in a particular job or salary range upon graduation.

    It is not required but it is in the student's best interest to request the Commission determine whether you meet your State's

  • qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity prior to applying to the Kofe Institute if you have a previous criminal history, whether misdemeanors or felonies. Some concerns should be raised towards any criminal offenses, disciplinary actions towards any professional or occupational license you have held, unpaid judgments, or participating in any unlicensed activity.

    A student should inform the Kofe Institute if they are taking a course to fulfill a State's disciplinary violation to avoid registering for an invalid course.

    I understand that I will receive instruction in English, unless the course clearly states the course will be presented in another language.

    You must register at least 1-full business day prior to the start of the course, if space permits.

    Tuition for each course is paid at the time of registration before any required materials and/or textbook(s) is/are shipped. Shipping costs is extra outside of the total tuition cost.

    All digital book codes are valid for 90 days. If you have not completed the course within a 90-day period, there will be an extra charge. Books will be deactivated after 90 days. If your course requires a hard copy textbook with digital access, your book will be valid for 90-days. Textbooks are required and included in the class price. There are no refunds on textbooks, no exceptions! Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material is a violation of copyright laws. If you have not completed the course within a 90-day period and wish to retake the course or due to unforeseen circumstances had to withdraw and needed to re-enroll and the textbook has changed, you must purchase the new textbook at your expense.

    Bootcamp Textbook: If a Bootcamp Textbook is required for a course in which a student has registered to complete, there will be a separate charge for the course and the Bootcamp Textbook. Not all Bootcamps require Textbooks.

    Students must fulfill the required number of hours in order to receive full credit. For all courses, students cannot miss any portion of a class.

    For real estate courses, if a student misses more than 3 hours of class time, the student will be automatically dropped from the course and moved to the next course offering or to the next course offering of the student's choice so long as the course can be completed within a 90-day period. The student must complete the entire course via required and/or available method.

    For all real estate courses, in the event a student misses more 3 hours of class time, the student will have 3 options to make- up their 3 hours or less of class time, they are as follows: make-up attendance in the corresponding sessions in a subsequent offering of the same course, watch video(s) and pass required quizzes that accompany the videos with the required score (if student fails to meet the required score on each quiz, they must continue taking the quizzes until they receive a passing score) or attend a Bootcamp session (which will require a fee) for the time missed. For all other courses, students are not permitted to miss any hours.

    For all real estate courses, if a student misses more than 3-hours of class, they will be required to repeat the entire course. The required course must be completed within 90 days. (If the textbook changes, student must purchase a newtextbook

    Failure to complete the make-up class within 90 days, the student will be required to pay 50% of the total current tuition cost to retake the entire qualifying course. (If the textbook changes, student must purchase a new textbook

    All exams are proctored online either through live monitoring or through a browser lockdown method with a 3-hour proctoring time limit. Students must sit for their proctored exam immediately following the completion of their course, if all requirements have been met. The school will provide the day and time in which the student is scheduled for their proctored exam. In the event a student changes their scheduled day and time, the first appointment change is FREE. However, if the student makes a second appointment change, there is a $20 charge every time the student changes their appointment.

    Students who fail the course final exam #1 are required to take exam #2. Exam #2 is given at no charge. Students failing exam #2 are required to retake the entire course, a $50 retake tuition fee applies. Students who fail the final exam #3 for the retake course, are required to take exam #4. Exam #4 is given at no charge. Students failing exam #4 are required to retake the entire course (including all quizzes and exams) at no additional charge.

    A student must achieve the minimum required passing score for their State on their final to pass. Since each State requires a minimum passing score, please see the above chart for the course you are registering for at this time.

    In the event a student fails to pass the State or national Real Estate Exam after 3 attempts, the student may retake the

All Kofe Students must pay a $25 retake fee for the entire course (If the textbook changes, student must purchase a new textbook Non-Kofe Students must pay a $100 fee to retake the entire course (if the textbook used from the student's previous school if different from the book used at the time of registration, the non-Kofe Student must purchase the current textbook from Kofe

    Please keep all original certificates for your records. There will be a $10 charge for each certificate thereafter or applicable fee amount at the time of the request.

    A $35 cancellation fee applies to each course, per individual, if a student wishes to cancel their registration within 5 business days from the time of registration.

    A $35 no-show fee applies to a student who fails to cancel at least 48-hours prior to the start of their registered course. If the student purchased a textbook, there will be a $35 no-show fee minus the cost of the textbook.

    All courses are refundable WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS from date of purchase minus a $35 per course cancellation fee and cost of textbook. After 5 business days, courses are non-refundable, whether the student starts any portion of the course or not and/or download any material for the course. However, if a student registers within a shorter timeframe than 5 days, no refund will be granted! On the first day the student attends the course no refund will be granted, no exceptions will be granted to our refund policy! The student may apply the funds towards a future course.

    There will be a $35 charge on all late payments if you are on a "Kofe Pay" Payment Plan. Some programs are not eligible for "Kofe Pay." Most tuitions over $2000 may be eligible for "Kofe Pay." The Kofe Institute has the right to suspend the student's attendance if proper payment has not been received by the required due date, hold the student's certificate, and/or not allow the student to receive credit for the course until payment is received.

    Recording Devices:The use of any recording devices are prohibited by the Kofe Institute and State entities.

    The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material whether published, used for instruction, digital, downloaded, recording, videos, print, or live online class sessions by the Kofe Institute or any affiliates used violates federal law therefore the Kofe Institute reserves the right to seek monetary and injunctive relief for the highest amount possible.

    By accepting this enrollment agreement, you are agreeing to receive marketing communications from the Kofe Institute or any third party that has purchased your information for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing to opt-out.

    I have read and understand the student requirements, school policies and fees, therefore, I hereby agree and understand that I'm responsible to pay for all courses, materials and/or other charges set forth herein. I also agree and understand that any form of payment tendered by or on behalf of me be denied, cancelled, disputed and/or does not fully satisfy all charges for courses, materials as detailed herein, I agree to be the responsible party and pay any outstanding balance immediately upon notification by the Kofe Institute.

    By signing this enrollment agreement, I agree to the conditions of this agreement and verify that I have read and received a copy of this agreement and the school catalog.
