qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity prior to applying to the Kofe Institute if you have a previous criminal history, whether misdemeanors or felonies. Some concerns should be raised towards any criminal offenses, disciplinary actions towards any professional or occupational license you have held, unpaid judgments, or participating in any unlicensed activity.
A student should inform the Kofe Institute if they are taking a course to fulfill a State's disciplinary violation to avoid registering for an invalid course.
I understand that I will receive instruction in English, unless the course clearly states the course will be presented in another language.
You must register at least 1-full business day prior to the start of the course, if space permits.
Tuition for each course is paid at the time of registration before any required materials and/or textbook(s) is/are shipped. Shipping costs is extra outside of the total tuition cost.
All digital book codes are valid for 90 days. If you have not completed the course within a 90-day period, there will be an extra charge. Books will be deactivated after 90 days. If your course requires a hard copy textbook with digital access, your book will be valid for 90-days. Textbooks are required and included in the class price. There are no refunds on textbooks, no exceptions! Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material is a violation of copyright laws. If you have not completed the course within a 90-day period and wish to retake the course or due to unforeseen circumstances had to withdraw and needed to re-enroll and the textbook has changed, you must purchase the new textbook at your expense.
Bootcamp Textbook: If a Bootcamp Textbook is required for a course in which a student has registered to complete, there will be a separate charge for the course and the Bootcamp Textbook. Not all Bootcamps require Textbooks.
Students must fulfill the required number of hours in order to receive full credit. For all courses, students cannot miss any portion of a class.
For real estate courses, if a student misses more than 3 hours of class time, the student will be automatically dropped from the course and moved to the next course offering or to the next course offering of the student's choice so long as the course can be completed within a 90-day period. The student must complete the entire course via required and/or available method.
For all real estate courses, in the event a student misses more 3 hours of class time, the student will have 3 options to make- up their 3 hours or less of class time, they are as follows: make-up attendance in the corresponding sessions in a subsequent offering of the same course, watch video(s) and pass required quizzes that accompany the videos with the required score (if student fails to meet the required score on each quiz, they must continue taking the quizzes until they receive a passing score) or attend a Bootcamp session (which will require a fee) for the time missed. For all other courses, students are not permitted to miss any hours.
For all real estate courses, if a student misses more than 3-hours of class, they will be required to repeat the entire course. The required course must be completed within 90 days. (If the textbook changes, student must purchase a newtextbook
Failure to complete the make-up class within 90 days, the student will be required to pay 50% of the total current tuition cost to retake the entire qualifying course. (If the textbook changes, student must purchase a new textbook
All exams are proctored online either through live monitoring or through a browser lockdown method with a 3-hour proctoring time limit. Students must sit for their proctored exam immediately following the completion of their course, if all requirements have been met. The school will provide the day and time in which the student is scheduled for their proctored exam. In the event a student changes their scheduled day and time, the first appointment change is FREE. However, if the student makes a second appointment change, there is a $20 charge every time the student changes their appointment.
Students who fail the course final exam #1 are required to take exam #2. Exam #2 is given at no charge. Students failing exam #2 are required to retake the entire course, a $50 retake tuition fee applies. Students who fail the final exam #3 for the retake course, are required to take exam #4. Exam #4 is given at no charge. Students failing exam #4 are required to retake the entire course (including all quizzes and exams) at no additional charge.
A student must achieve the minimum required passing score for their State on their final to pass. Since each State requires a minimum passing score, please see the above chart for the course you are registering for at this time.
In the event a student fails to pass the State or national Real Estate Exam after 3 attempts, the student may retake the
