Client Responsibilities
By agreeing to this disclosure, you confirm that the tax return prepared by NewPro Tax Co. is based solely on the information you provided. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure all documents, income, deductions, credits, and personal details submitted are accurate, complete, and truthful.
NewPro Tax Co. is not responsible for errors, delays, penalties, or adjustments that result from missing, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the client.
Tax Return Filing & IRS Processing
Once your tax return has been reviewed, signed, and electronically transmitted to the IRS, it is considered officially filed. While the IRS often issues refunds within approximately 21 days, processing times can vary due to IRS reviews, verification requirements, system delays, or incomplete information.
NewPro Tax Co. has no control over IRS processing times, refund approvals, offsets, or delays once a return has been submitted.
Payments & Service Fees
All tax preparation fees are due at the time services are rendered. Fees paid to NewPro Tax Co. are non-refundable, regardless of refund amount, refund timing, tax liability, IRS delays, audits, or return outcomes.
Service fees are not based on, dependent upon, or guaranteed by the amount of any refund received.
Tax Balances, Offsets & Refund Concerns
If you owe federal or state taxes, penalties, or interest, you are solely responsible for resolving those balances with the appropriate tax authority. NewPro Tax Co. is not responsible for penalties, interest, offsets, garnishments, or additional taxes assessed by the IRS or state agencies.
While assistance or guidance may be provided when possible, NewPro Tax Co. does not guarantee specific outcomes related to tax balances, payment arrangements, or refund resolutions.
Communication & Client Support
After your return is submitted, you are encouraged to monitor your refund status using official IRS tools such as “Where’s My Refund?” or state tax agency resources.
NewPro Tax Co. is available to address general questions; however, we cannot influence, expedite, or override IRS or state processing timelines or decisions.
