    This short assessment helps you identify how pressure currently shows up in your leadership, and what it may be quietly costing you (clarity, energy, boundaries, trust, or integrity).

    It is designed for high-performing leaders who are still getting results, but suspect their current way of carrying pressure may not be sustainable.

    You’ll receive a clear Pressure Profile across 6 areas, plus a practical suggestion on which capability to upgrade first.

    Estimated time: 6–8 minutes. 

     

    Who is this for?

    This assessment is most useful if you are a:

    • Founder / business owner
    • Senior leader / executive
    • People manager who others rely on
    • High-capacity “go-to person” carrying complex responsibilities

     

    What this is / what this is not?

    This is not a mental health screening, diagnosis, or wellbeing questionnaire.
    This is a leadership self-check that focuses on observable patterns under pressure.

    If you’re experiencing significant distress, please seek professional support.

     

    How to answer?

    Please answer based on your typical behaviour over the past 4–8 weeks, especially during busy or high-stakes periods.

    Choose one option for each statement:

    1 = Almost never
    2 = Occasionally
    3 = Sometimes
    4 = Often
    5 = Almost always

    There are no “good” or “bad” results, the goal is accuracy.

     

    Confidentiality / Data use

    Your responses are confidential. Your results will be used to generate your personal Pressure Profile.

    If you choose to leave your email, you may receive a short summary report and optional follow-up resources. You can opt out at any time.
