1. Community, Family Activity, and Sunshine Committee 

 

• Community Engagement – Supports outreach efforts, partnerships, and service initiatives that strengthen our presence in the community.

 

• Family Activity Coordination – Plans family‑centered events that build unity and support among members and their loved ones.

 

• Sunshine & Member Care – Provides encouragement, recognition, and support to members during significant life events.

2. Scholarship, Fundraising, Public Relations, and Planning Committee 

• Scholarship Initiatives – Oversees academic support, scholarship awards, and youth educational programs.

 

• Fundraising Development – Designs and executes fundraising strategies to support chapter programs and operations.

 

• Public Relations & Communications – Manages chapter messaging, branding, and public visibility.

 

• Event Planning & Logistics – Coordinates chapter programs, ceremonies, and special events.

3. Knowledge, Investigation, and Bylaws Committee

• Knowledge & Education – Provides fraternal education, leadership development, and historical awareness.

 

• Membership Investigation – Ensures proper review and evaluation of membership‑related matters.

 

• Bylaws & Governance – Reviews, updates, and interprets chapter bylaws to ensure compliance and clarity.

4. Finance and Budgeting Committee

• Financial Stewardship – Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and responsible resource management.

 

• Audit & Accountability – Ensures transparency, accuracy, and ethical financial practices.
