              By registering for and/or participating in any On-X Naturals Bodybuilding event, including but not limited to competitions, check-ins, rehearsals, stage appearances, and related activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

              Assumption of Risk
              I understand that participation in a bodybuilding/physique competition involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, dehydration, fainting, muscle strain, or other medical conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and certify that I am physically and medically able to compete.

              Release and Indemnification
              I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless On-X Naturals Bodybuilding, its owners, promoters, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, judges, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

              I further agree to indemnify and defend On-X Naturals Bodybuilding against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from my participation or my breach of this agreement.

              Medical Responsibility
              I understand that On-X Naturals Bodybuilding is not responsible for providing medical care and that I am responsible for my own health, medical clearance, and any medical expenses incurred before, during, or after the event.

              No Refunds / No Transfers
              All registration fees, entry fees, class fees, memberships, and add-ons are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, injury, failure to make weight, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, disqualification, or personal emergencies. No exceptions will be made.
