✨ Our full-sized custom cookies are baked big and beautiful at 3 – 4 inches, while our minis are the perfect little bite at 2–2.5 inches. Every cookie is cut thick at 3/8 inch ✨
Custom Decorated Cookies: Pricing for simple or detailed cookies start at $45 per dozen. Minimum 1 dozen.
- Simple: 2 colors plus white, up to 3 designs.
- Detailed: Unlimited colors, up to 4 designs.
Mini Decorated Cookies: Pricing for mini cookies start at $30 per dozen. Minimum 1 dozen.
- 2 colors plus white, up to 2 designs.
Custom Cookie Flavors: all custom cookies are currently baked in our signature butter cookie recipe that pairs perfectly with our icing. The result is a harmonious balance of flavor. Sweet and never overpowering.
PACKAGING
•All cookies come individually heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness.
•Cookies will stay good for 2+ weeks if kept in heat seal or airtight container. *No refrigeration- it will cause colors to bleed*

- 📅 Availability & Booking
  
  • Availability and pricing may change; inquiring does not reserve your date
  
  • I recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance (earlier is always better)
  
  • Orders placed within 7 days are subject to a 20% rush fee and must be paid in full
  
  • Custom cookies are made to order and can take multiple days to complete
  
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book and secure your date
  
  • Unpaid invoices will be automatically canceled
  
  • Final payment is due 1 week prior to pickup/delivery by 11:59 PM
  
  • Late final payments will cancel your order and the retainer will not be refunded or transferred
  
  💳 Payments
  
  • Custom orders & preorders are invoiced via Square
  
  • Pop-up events accept cash or Square
  
  🚗 Pickup & Delivery
  
  • Delivery is available within Tyler, TX only for an additional fee
  
  • Pickup is available at a designated location (details sent the day before)
  
  • Please treat your pickup time as a scheduled appointment
  
  • Someone else may pick up your order — just let me know in advance
  
  • Failure to respond or pick up within 48 hours will result in order forfeiture (no refunds or credits)
  
  
  
  ❌ Cancellations
  
  • Cancellations 7+ days before pickup receive a credit valid for 6 months (subject to availability)
  
  • Cancellations within 7 days of pickup/event receive no credit
  
  • No refunds on cancelled orders
  
  • If I must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued
  
  
  
  🔁 Refunds & Quality
  
  • All sales are final unless otherwise determined at owner’s discretion
  
  • If there is an issue, uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours for evaluation
  
  • Credits (if approved) apply to future orders only
  
  📦 Order Release & Treat Care
  
  • Once your order is picked up or delivered, it is no longer my responsibility
  
  • Cookies are delicate — please handle with care
