Furvana Cat Cafe WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand that entering the Furvana Cat Lounge and interacting with cats is voluntary and

carries inherent risks.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that cats are animals with natural instincts. I may be exposed to risks including

scratches, bites, allergic reactions, stains, or accidental injury.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release and hold harmless Furvana Cat Café, its owners, staff, volunteers, rescue partners,

and affiliates from any and all claims related to injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or

personal property damage.4. HEALTH & SAFETY

I confirm I am not sick, will follow all rules, sanitize my hands, and will not bring outside pets or

food.

5. BEHAVIORAL AGREEMENT

I agree to treat all cats with respect, allow them to approach me, avoid picking them up unless

allowed or the cat chooses me first, and follow staff instructions.

6. CHILDREN & MINORS

Children under 16 must remain with their guardian. I accept responsibility for any minors with

me.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

I understand photos may be taken inside the café. I may appear in the background unless I

notify staff otherwise.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand Furvana is not responsible for lost items or damage to personal belongings.

9. CAFE ITEM SAFETY

Drinks must remain lidded in the lounge.

10. LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

I understand this waiver is legally binding and reflects my agreement to all terms.
