1. Scope of Services
The Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services as selected by the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Couples Photography
Small Family Portraits
Large Group / Extended Family Photography
Maternity Photography
Newborn Lifestyle Photography (in-home or outdoor)
Jessii’s Photography specializes in natural light, outdoor photography, with optional in-home sessions for newborns. Pricing is flat-rate and is not based on session length.
2. Location of Services
Photography sessions may take place at an agreed outdoor location or, for newborn sessions, in the Client’s home. The Photographer will advise on location selection based on lighting, safety, and environmental conditions.
3. Session Fees & Payment
Session pricing is based on the type of photography service selected. The following are starting prices and may be adjusted based on the final discussion, scope of the session, number of participants, location, and any additional requests agreed upon prior to the session:
Couples Session: Starting at $175
Small Family Portraits (up to 4 people): Starting at $225
Large Group / Extended Family Session: Starting at $300
Maternity Session: Starting at $175
Newborn Lifestyle Session (in-home or outdoor): Starting at $250
Engagement Session: Starting at $200
Elopement Session: Starting at $300
Boudoir Session: Starting at $250
Graduation Session: Starting at $175
Senior Portrait Session: Starting at $175
Solo Portrait Session: Starting at $150
Party / Event Photography: Starting at $300
Additional session types may be available upon request
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the date of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final pricing will be confirmed after consultation and mutual agreement between the Photographer and Client.
Pricing is structured to remain fair and affordable while covering the Photographer’s time, expertise, equipment, editing, and delivery of final images.
4. Image Editing & Creative Control
All image selection and editing decisions are at the sole discretion of the Photographer. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and stylistic edits consistent with the Photographer’s portfolio.
RAW or unedited images are not delivered.
5. Photo Delivery & Online Gallery Access
All final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery hosted on the Photographer’s website. Once the images are ready, the Client will receive a password or access link to view, download, and share their gallery.
The Photographer is not responsible for gallery access once the delivery link has been provided. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.
6. Usage Rights & Copyright
The Photographer retains full copyright to all images. The Client is granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes.
The Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the Client submits a written request to opt out prior to the session.
7. Credit & Image Alterations
Final paid images will be delivered without watermarks. When posting images online, the Client agrees to credit Jessii’s Photography by tagging the business or including the business name in the caption.
Clients may not alter, re-edit, apply filters, or otherwise modify the delivered images.
8. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of the retainer.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Photographer’s understanding and discretion.
If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be shortened or canceled at the Photographer’s discretion, with no guarantee of full coverage or refund.
Failure to arrive for the scheduled session without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of all payments made and may require a new booking and retainer for any future session.
Sessions may also be rescheduled by the Photographer due to illness, weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Boudoir Confidentiality & Privacy Agreement
Boudoir sessions are treated with the highest level of privacy and respect. All boudoir images will remain private and will not be posted, shared, or used for promotional purposes by Jessii’s Photography unless the Client provides explicit written permission.
By default, all boudoir photographs are delivered only through the Client’s private, password-protected online gallery.
The Client may choose whether or not to grant permission for the Photographer to use select boudoir images for portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional purposes. Consent is completely optional and may be limited or withdrawn at any time in writing.
Jessii’s Photography agrees to handle all boudoir images with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
10. Newborn Session Requirements
Newborn sessions may be held in the Client’s home or at an outdoor location. For in-home sessions, the Client agrees to discuss any desired props, outfits, blankets, or special setups in advance.
Jessii’s Photography does not provide studio-style newborn props. Additional props or special setup requests may increase the total session price.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during newborn sessions. The Photographer reserves the right to refuse any pose deemed unsafe.
10. Exclusive Photography
Jessii’s Photography retains exclusive rights to photograph during the scheduled session. No other professional or non-professional photographers, including guests using cameras or mobile devices, are permitted unless approved in writing.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the session without refund.
11. Liability
The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, lighting conditions, or uncooperative subjects.
The Client assumes responsibility for personal safety and the safety of children and belongings during the session.
