Uniform Size - *The 7v7 uniform (sleeveless shirt and shorts) provided is fitted compression material meant to be worn tight; for 5v5 lineman the shorts are a looser mesh type material.*

Competition Team Eligibility Requirements - I agree to obtain the Zorts athlete card and complete the separate registration and registration payment required for any tournaments and/or 4Vert league participation if my player is on the competition team.*

Waiver and Media Release - I understand that sports activities carry risks of injury. I give permission for my child to participate in the HB Charger 7v7 & 5v5 program and agree to release the HB Chargers, its coaches, volunteers, and Edison High School from any liability related to participation. I also grant permission for the HB Chargers to photograph and record my child during their participation in the program and to use those images or videos for promotional and informational purposes without compensation.*

No Minimum Plays - I understand that there are no minimum play requirements for tournament participants. Tournament participation is at the discretion of the Coach.*

Double Roster Rule - Participants registered with the HB Chargers 7v7 & 5v5 program are not permitted to compete in tournaments with any other 7v7 or 5v5 program during the season.*

HB Chargers 7v7 & 5v5 Code of Conduct

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the code of conduct rules below and also agree to discuss them with my child and hold them accountable for abiding by the rules as well.

Show respect to all coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and volunteers at all times, on and off the field.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship during practices, games, tournaments, and team events.
Follow all team and league rules, including safety guidelines, equipment requirements, and attendance expectations.
Maintain positive communication in all team chat apps; no arguing, inappropriate language, bullying, or creating drama. Parents and athletes are expected to keep chats informational and respectful.
Conduct yourself appropriately on social media, including posts in league or team platforms. No negative, harassing, or inflammatory comments about players, coaches, officials, or opponents.
Support a safe, inclusive environment; no discrimination, harassment, or threats of any kind.
Parents/guardians must model the same standards, especially regarding sideline behavior, communication with coaches, and online conduct.
